Privacy policy

AlloGames is a video game logbook. This page says what the app keeps about you, why, where, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read in full.
What AlloGames does not do. No advertising. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics. No selling or sharing your data. No paid placement in any chart.
Without an account
The app works without signing up. Your collection, your ratings and your review drafts then stay on your device and are never sent to our servers. They disappear if you delete the app.
One exception: the pages you open produce anonymous signals (the game's identifier and the country inferred from your device settings) that feed the trending charts. They are tied to no account and to no device identifier.
With an account
Signing in goes through Sign in with Apple. We receive:
- an identifier issued by Apple, specific to AlloGames;
- your email address, or the relay address if you choose to hide it: that choice is yours, not ours;
- the name you decide to display, and the handle you pick.
We never receive your password, your full Apple ID, or any other data from your Apple account.
We then store what makes up the app itself:
- your collection: games, statuses, ratings, declared playtime;
- your reviews, lists and votes;
- who you follow and who you have blocked;
- your quiz scores;
- your profile picture, if you upload one.
Where this lives
The database is hosted by Supabase, in the European Union. Profile pictures are stored on Cloudflare R2. The game catalogue comes from IGDB, which receives nothing about you. We only read their catalogue.
What is public
Your handle, display name, picture, showcase, reviews, public lists and quiz scores are visible to other players. That is the point of a logbook you share. Your email address never is.
Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → My account → Delete my account. It is immediate and requires no email.
This removes your account, your collection, your lists, your follows, your votes and your scores.
Your reviews stay. Without your name. They are detached from your profile, which becomes anonymous: no handle, no picture, no address. We keep them because they also belong to the game pages and to the players who voted on them, and a page should not empty out when someone leaves.
If you would rather have your reviews erased than anonymised, write to us and we will do it.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, its portability, or object to its processing. Write to prismago.app@gmail.com; we answer within thirty days. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Children
AlloGames is not aimed at children under thirteen and does not knowingly collect their data. The app hosts reviews written by its users, with reporting and blocking.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be published here with its effective date. A substantial change will be flagged inside the app.
